CY–DAIRY · Private investment opportunity — Limassol, Cyprus
Stage: Raising — seeking investorCyprus milk deserves better than 2.2 million.
A working Cyprus farm is being rebuilt around A2/A2 Jersey genetics, hydroponic fodder, and EU-standard processing — to close a quality gap the island's dairy sector has not yet addressed. No land acquisition risk. A three-to-four person operation. An 18-month path to premium A2 milk and PDO Halloumi that barely exist in this market today.
The quality gap
Cyprus dairy farms run milk quality far outside the EU standard — and the market has no premium alternative.

What's being built
A modernization, not a startup.
A2/A2 Jersey genetics
A 120-head herd imported from the Netherlands in three staged batches, purpose-selected for A2 protein milk.
Hydroponic green fodder
On-site GZK systems supply consistent, high-quality feed year-round, independent of Cyprus's limited pasture land.
EU-standard processing
A processing line for premium milk and PDO Halloumi is built into the farm from day one — not bolted on later.
The shape of the opportunity
Built for a fast, disciplined return.

Secured by a pledge over 100% of the project company's equity, with up to 70% of profit distributed to the investor until a cumulative return of 200% of invested capital is reached within 5 years — after that threshold, mutual obligations are considered fulfilled unless the parties agree otherwise. Round size: €1,600,000, structured for a single investor
Led by 35+ years in agriculture
Founder Viktor Kuliev has spent over three decades in agriculture, holds livestock-farming patents, and has been based in Cyprus since 2013 through Miradar LTD and Orange Cow LTD. This is a reconstruction of an existing farm he already operates — not a greenfield bet.
A succession plan already in place
Alexey, Viktor's son, serves as chief dairy technologist on the project — giving the venture technical continuity and a clear next generation of leadership from the outset.
